Lori and I celebrated Thanksgiving at The Old Schoolhuse, in Ormsby, about 45 km and an hour away from our cottage. The Old Schoolhouse was built in 1921 and was used till 1964.
We had the traditional turkey dinner, with all the trimmings, and Lori chose pumpkin pie and I had the carrot cake (of course).

I wish I could have been there. I miss going to the Old School House with mom and Caitlin. I especially miss the scones with whipped cream and preserves. Yum!
Oh don't even get me started about tea at the Old School House. :-(
It's Mom. I miss all of my "Old School House" buddies. I would love to go there for afternoon tea but it is no fun going alone. :-(
